How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in New York. Collection pieces ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Sizes outside 5 to 8 add 1 to 2 weeks, and special-order stones can add time.

What if I do not know the ring size?

Choose “Not sure” in the size options and we will contact you to confirm before anything is made. Our ring size guide helps too.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, with interest-free payments on orders under $1,000 and monthly plans above that.

Can I change the stone, metal or animal?

Yes. Pick from the options above, or press Customize to ask for anything that is not listed. Animal swaps are free. Material changes may adjust the price, and Andrew confirms before anything is made.

Shipping, warranty and exchanges

Free express shipping, a one-year warranty, and 30-day exchanges on collection pieces. Custom pieces are final sale once production begins.
