The full custom process
These six steps are for fully custom pieces designed with Andrew. Only want a new breed or a different stone on a catalog design? That is the personalize path: no session and no rendering. Order the design, add your notes, and Andrew confirms before it is made.
You and Andrew hop on a live call. You share what you are picturing, a person, a pet, a moment, and direct him as he shapes it using his experience with stones, metals and settings.
Andrew designs and engineers the piece, then sends 3D renderings from several angles so you can see exactly how it will sit and where every detail lands.
Metal, stone type, sizing and details are refined in conversation, so the piece is built around what you want and what fits your budget.
You approve the final rendering and production begins. Custom pieces are final sale once production starts, which is why every detail is approved on the rendering first.
Andrew engineers the piece to fit exactly as intended. His hand-picked NYC studio team, the same craftspeople he has worked with for over a decade, assembles, sets and finishes it. Special-order stones can add time.
Your finished piece ships express to you, complimentary. Sizing and care questions are welcome any time after it arrives.

Most custom pieces take 6 to 8 weeks to create. Stones that need to be special ordered or custom made can add time. Andrew will always ask if you have an important deadline and will advise the projected timeline to meet your target date.

Yes. Andrew is happy to work with pieces you already own and make them into something new. Jewelry can be shipped to the studio and customized according to your design plans.
Custom pieces are final sale once production begins. That is why every detail, from the animal to the stone to the size, is approved on the 3D rendering before anything is made.
